Are You Turning Clients Away?

Whether you're just starting out in business, or you've been around a long time, turning away clients can happen and doesn't always have to happen.

Saying "no" to clients is a heart breaking thing to do from a business standpoint, sure, but it's also hard to tell someone who has done their research and is prepared to book with you.

Telling them no is often sending them back to the drawing board, and no one wants to do that.

In this episode I'm discussing the comments that were left when I asked, "How many events have you turned away from this year?" in our Facebook Group.

I expected there to be some, but some of the answers were shocking.

Many of them really made me proud of how you do business.

We also discussed turning away clients if you want to take time off.
