In case you don’t already know, YOU are amazing!

This episode is a love note from me to you.

If you’re in any of my programs, you know I always include affirmations, I think everyone should choose one to repeat to themselves daily.

I was talking to a friend this morning about a designer bag she wanted to buy. I told her about one of my favorite shopping websites, and that they even send you daily affirmations.

That’s the part that got her excited. It’s so funny to me that something so small can be so powerful in daily life, even enough that I referred someone for giving them.

I’m always going to encourage you to set yourself up for success, an important foundation of this is KNOWING how important you are!

Sometimes things that are worth it are uncomfortable, the good news is that YOU can do hard things.

Let’s get into some affirmations. When you tell yourself these, you’ll use first person. I want this to be a message from me to you, so I’m speaking directly to you today.
