Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes.

It’s an essential part of my life, and I hope it is for you too. If it’s not yet, or even if it is, this episode is perfect for you.

I want to tell you about a way to do affirmations that you literally don’t even have to think about, in fact, they talk to you… every time you look at your phone!

I got this idea from someone who shared it on her Instagram, the account is @irisjade if you want to look her up.

I’ll also put a photo of what she did in the show notes.

I think it’s totally genius and we’re adapting it for you here today.

What you’re going to do, is rename the app albums on your phone.

If you don’t use albums, consider doing it, this is worth it.

Your social media folder is now called: I am social. It has all of your social media apps in it.

Your folder with ways to connect, your phone, texting, messenger, zoom, whatsapp, are in a folder called I am connected.

Your security apps… I am secure.

Your travel apps… I am free.

Your mapping apps… I am going places.

Your creative apps… I am expressive.

Your financial apps… I am wealthy.

Your learning apps… for example, podcast app, audio book, if you’re in our membership, The Vendors Circle, it has an app… is I am always learning.

Your fitness and health apps… I am healthy.

Your storage apps, like Go ogle Drive and Dropbox… I am organized.

Your graphic design apps like Canva… I am creative.

Your utilities apps, like calculator and smart watch… I am smart.

And finally, your business apps, like your Honeybook, Dubsado, Flodesk, are I am productive.

Hot tip: Be creative and think of affirmations like these for each of your app folders if you have more apps than what fit in these category examples.
