The least used tab on IG could be your biggest networking tool.

Think of a venue you would love to get referred by, and go to their instagram account.

We're looking at the last tab on the far right of their feed, their tagged posts.

Scroll down through and tap on each one, paying attention to the vendors who show up in the black tags.

Also pay attention to the account who is tagging them.

Do you know any of them? Are any of them vendors you know or have worked with before?

This is networking at it's finest.

Knowledge is power, and these tags give you so much gold. (Also as we know, with great knowledge comes great responsibility, so use it responsibly and ethically.)

We're here to serve first, so don't go straight to asking to be on their preferred vendor list, that's usually the fastest path to a "no".
