Do you know what your zone of genius is? It’s where your superpower, something that is easy for you that’s hard for other people AND you’re passionate about it AND energizes you intersect.

I promise you have something, everyone does!

Consider things you can outsource personally, and that will start freeing up some of your time that you can use to be more productive in your business.

Things such as grocery delivery, house cleaning, lawn service, projects around the house, a bookkeeper, etc… just be thinking about tasks that you don’t love to do but take a lot of your time, and find ways to outsource them.

It might be something that costs less to have someone else do that is in their zone of genius, than what you would make doing something in your business or your own zone of genius.

Might even be a tool like Dubsado, Canva Pro, Asana, Planoly, social media scheduling (I like Creators Studio natively in FB, free and for scheduling FB and IG posts), an amazing planner (my favorite is The Entrepreneur Planner by Chelly Ontis) or even a coaching group like our VIP membership.

Just doing a few of these things is a great exercise in getting your mindset focused on starting to build your team.

Hot tip: Exercise - make a list and brainstorm some things you can outsource in your life.
